We are on a mission to enable organisations to transform their approach to talent.  We bring equity to talent acquisition covering Early Careers, Returners, Over 50’s and everything in between!

We do this by spending time with candidates to coach them through the selection process, helping them to realise their skills and potential at the start of their professional career. Likewise, we spend time with our clients devising a bespoke talent acquisition strategy and challenging preconceived ideas of what “good looks like” or what “talent” looks like to overcome problematic hiring.  Our offer typically involves hiring numbers of between 1 – 50.  

 We are a growing team of experienced talent acquisition professionals (with over 100 years of experience between us) Anna, Becky, Charlotte, Kate, Martina, Sarah & Simon (don’t’ feel sorry for Simon he loves it)  who stay true to our values with an emphasis on transparency and fairness.
